Description
Medium-sized, nocturnally active marine invertebrate with carapace length of up to 19cm (males) and 15cm (females). Found in rocky habitats where crevices and other refuges are present, down to a depth of around 30m. Adults are predominantly opportunistic, feeding on a variety of marine food sources, including scavenged material.
